Booking Policies

Deposits are non-refundable.

Deposits held are ONLY valid through proper, timely communication and must be rebooked within 7 days.

If getting lashed, please come with no makeup especially mascara.

Extensions must be at 50% retention for fills. Anything less will be considered a full set.

Appointments are confirmed only with deposits. If no deposit has been paid, appointments are considered potential and can be subject to rescheduling.

No refunds once services have been rendered. If any issues have occurred with your extensions you 3 days from the time you were serviced to get complimentary touch up.
